About a year ago, I had an epiphany. I was cleaning out my hairbrush and thinking to myself how I could model an entire Siamese cat with the hair in my brush. The panic was slow to set in, but it crept up my spine and to my fast shedding hair. I had been neglecting myself: and this was the way it showed. My hair is fine and I have (had) a lot of it. I staged an intervention by following a comprehensive approach to the problem. We have all heard it is normal to lose 100 hairs a day but honestly who counts each hair to see?
I can't wait to share my results in successive posts, so stay tuned!

My new stainless steel water bottle and I are inseparable. And when she begged for something a bit more exciting than H20, I complied with the new Crystal Light "Pure Fitness". I know you are making a face right about now. Yet this 80's classic is now re-formulated! It's sweetened with sugar and stevia, so it actually has 30 calories per package, which is a little more than before; however, these individual packs are much larger than the previous ones and should definitely be mixed with more than the recommended 16 oz. I got the lemonade flavor to start.
So, I poured in the water sloshed it around to mix and took a sip with some trepidation. Nice lemony smell, check. Nice balance of sweet then tart, check. Tart taste followed by no aftertaste, check.
My stainless steel water bottle says, "Thank you Crystal Light!"

Welcome Guests,
I am starting my engines. Please join me as I attempt to connect the dots that I call my hobbies. You can say I am in pursuit of improving myself every day, and with that comes a lot of trial and error. I love anything that could get me motivated to cook, test drive beauty products and get healthier.
What do beauty, food and health have in common? Are they not separate you ask? To that I say,"No." The body is great in the way that it is sort of a painting of our health. What we eat and put on our body in turn influences our health and beauty.
Let's grow together!
